We don't have a specific filter on the members list page for that. However, you can find them by using the filters for subscription renewals.
From admin home, click on the Subscriptions link in Membership Summary, to go to the subscriptions list page. Use the filters to select a set of subscriptions, or click on clear filter to select all the subscriptions. Click on choose action: show members for these subscriptions. This will take you to the members list page, with the list of the members for these subscriptions selected.
In the top right hand box, select Show me "single managing member per subscription". Then in the Filter by member details section, select Email Valid: Yes. Click on Filter.
If the system can find a member with a valid email address, who owns, or is a group admin, for every subscription selected, then in the top left hand red box, you will see the message: "All X Subscriptions are covered in the list below".
However, if there are subscriptions, which don't have an owner or group admin with a valid email address, then you will see the message:
"X Subscriptions are covered in the list shown below. The shortfall of Y Subscriptions is due to filters you have already applied on this page. Show me the members for this shortfall of Y subscriptions." When you click on the link, you will be presented with the list of members.
A couple of notes:
- Depending on the filters that you have selected, the list of members may include individual members (not in a group) who do not have valid email addresses.
- If you have groups where the group admins don't have valid email addresses, but another member of the group does, that group may end up on your list
Organisations that don't have subscriptions
In this case, on the members list page, you can use the following 2 filters:
- Email Valid: No in the Filter by Member details section; and
- Group Admin: Yes in the Filter by Group section
The result will include all group admins with invalid email addresses (ie it won't exclude those who are in a group with another group admin, whose email address is valid. Sorry, that's as close as we can get....
