Finding your organisation on WebCollect
To find out if your organisation is using WebCollect, click on the "Our Organisations" link (top right). If you have already registered with WebCollect, you can use the "Find organisation" link on "my home page". From here you can view the organisations or search for the one you are looking for. Some organisations may be hidden and will not appear when you search for them; for these you require an invitation from the organisation to join them on WebCollect.
Clicking on the "View" button takes you to the organisation's home page where you can view information and events the organisation is hosting. At the top left of the screen is the name of the organisation and just below this a link to its website if it has one.
Adding an organisation to My Favourites
Adding an organisation to My Favourites will display that organisation on your home page, along with a list of its upcoming events in the "What is happening" column on your home page. To add an organisation to your favourites, you need to register with WebCollect first. It only takes a minute and all you need to provide is your name, email address and a password.
Once you have registered, go to the organisation's home page and you will see a blue box entitled, "Add this organisation to my favourites".
Joining an organisation via WebCollect
If an organisation has opted to allow new members to join the organisation via the WebCollect service, on the organisation home page, you will see a "Join now" button on the organisation's home page. Click on this and follow the process. Some organisations may require you to complete a form, or complete an approval process before you can become a member.
