You can set up a custom report with database fields to match your Xero set-up.
Everyone's Xero set-up is slightly different, so the custom report is designed to provide you with the flexibility that you need. We recommend that you set up Accounting groups and codes in WebCollect to match your Xero set-up.
If you are not sure how to set the report up, please see below for an example Xero export. It's based on Xero exports that some of our organisations have set up. It's unlikely to be a perfect match for what you need, but will give you a good starting point.
