If you have already created your trial organisation, and now want to use one of our templates, you will need to create a new organisation. You can select the template you want to use on the Get Started page.
If you want to use the same short name for your organisation:
- create the new organisation
- copy across any information from the old trial that you want to keep
- drop us an email, with the short names for both organsiations, letting us know which organisation you want to keep, and what you want the short name to be. We will delete the other trial and switch the short names for you.
If you create a trial based on a template, and then decide you would rather have a blank trial, you will also need to create a new trial.
