You can have a membership approval process. Click here for
details on how it works. However, you can have a membership
form without an approval process. If you don't have a membership
approval process, the first time a member interacts with your
organisation on WebCollect, they will
be presented with the membership form to complete. This may
happen in any of these ways:
- They purchase a subscription (or renew one if you have imported your members and current subscriptions) for the first time
- They purchase a ticket for an event for the first time
- You send them an invitational email, they log in to their account and edit their membership form details.
