The subscription import doesn't include the amount paid for past subscriptions, just which subscription it was and when it ends/ended.
You could create form field(s) to record the information about past payments, but we recommend that you don't - just store the information in a spreadsheet.
Going forward, WebCollect will collect and store the information about payments for subscriptions as part of the orders in the system.
