If it's the first time a member has paid you, the payment can take up to 10 days. This is because the Direct Debit authorisation needs to be set up (and the Bacs process takes a while...). There is no need for you to do anything. Once the payment has been taken from the member's account, the order in WebCollect will automatically be updated to Payment Received to show this. If the member has paid you before, and has an active Direct Debit authorisation in place, the payment should be taken from the member's account within a couple of days.
