What do I do if a member wants to change to a different subscription, instead of renewing?

Send the member a link to your subscriptions page, and ask them to place an order for the new subscription.  This is the page with a web address that looks like this:

https://webcollect.org.uk/YOURORGNAME/subscription

Mark the old subscription as not to be renewed.  Click here for details.
