The WebCollect annual fee is based on membership levels. Click here for details on what the levels are. When you reach the end of your free trial, we will ask you what your likely number of members will be in the first year. Click here for details of who counts as a member for the purposes of the annual fee.
If you go over the member limit during the year, we will invoice you for an upgrade to the next level. That upgrade will take you through until your renewal date. When it's time to renew, we will invoice you for the level that you are at, at that time.
