The annual fee for using the WebCollect service is based on the number of people linked to your organisation. A member in WebCollect is anyone who is linked to your organisation (not just those who have a current paid up subscription), so that will include non-members who buy tickets for an event, lapsed members etc. Click here for more details on who is a member.
The reason we base the price on the number of people linked to your organisation (not just paid up members), is because it's the most accurate reflection of cost to us, in terms of database storage, hosting, usage of the system, amount of support needed etc.
