Why do non-members who buy event tickets show as members in the members list?

WebCollect treats everyone who is associated with your organisation as a member.  That will include people who have purchased tickets for an event.  

You can identify who the non-members are by:

  • Going to the members' list page (Click on Members in the Membership Summary section in Admin Home)
  • Click on Show Filters in the Filter by Subscriptions section
  • Select "not covered by current", keeping all of the subscriptions ticked (or the relevant ones)
  • Click on the Filter Button
