Why is a member's email address marked as invalid?

If we receive bounce back responses from an email address, saying that the email could not be received, we mark the email address as invalid in the system.  Depending on the type of bounce back response, this might happen immediately, or after 10 attempts.

If the member's email address is in fact valid, you can mark the email address as valid again.  However, if we receive further bounce back responses, it may be marked as invalid again, so please keep an eye on it.
