The member will only be presented with the membership form if:
- they are a new member joining the organisation; or
- there is a required field that they have not completed (e.g. because you have added a new required field)
Otherwise the member will not be presented with the membership form if they have completed it before.
If the member wants to change the information in their membership form, they can do so, by logging in to their member account, and clicking on the relevant link.
Note: If they are in a group, they will only be able to amend the membership forms for other members of the group, if they are a group admin.
