WebCollect is not an ideal tool for sending emails to non-members. It can be done, but they would need to be added as members (not in the traditional sense of having a subscription with the club), but in the system with a WebCollect account linked to your organisation.
It is unlikely that we would offer a facility to send email to
email addresses that are not WebCollect accounts, as it would
make WebCollect an attractive proposition for people wanting to
send spam email, which could be extremely difficult for us to
police.
If you want to use WebCollect to email non-members, they would
need to be added as members, via the usual import process
or adding
them individually.
Once imported, you can use the filters on the members list page to identify them (e.g. use the Friend since date fields). You may find it useful to create an email list, if you want to email them more than once.
