While you are in trial mode (before you have real people placing real orders), you can fully test all of the features in the platform. Every feature is fully activated in trial mode, including integrating with Paypal and GoCardless and placing live orders for payment. Once you have finished testing and are ready to "go live", we can run the clear down script for you. Click here for full details of the options for clearing down the data.
Once you are in live mode (ie have real people placing real orders), then we can no longer run the clear down scripts. If you are testing a new subscription product, you can untick the box Visible to Non-admins, which means that general members will not be able to view or purchase the subscription product. Providing you don't place an order to purchase it, you will be able to delete it again.
