We don't charge for importing your data - we would rather help you get the data in correctly at the start, as it reduces our support time later sorting out issues.
The only time we do charge for imports, is if after you go live, you ask for help making substantial changes, which require further bulk imports. In this case we usually charge £50 for the subsequent import.
Note: for member and membership form imports, you can do this yourself easily, including making bulk changes to your data. For subscription imports, we need to do these for you.
