If a member dies, you can do the following:
Mark the Subscription as Not to be Renewed

Remove the Member's email address
This will ensure that you don't accidentally send emails to the member's email address. To remove the email address, go to the member's page in the administration panel. If the member does not have a temporary WebCollect email address, you will see a Remove link. When the email address is removed, it will be replaced by a temporary WebCollect email address.
Remove the Member from a Group
If the member is in a group in WebCollect, you can remove the member from the group.
