The process for cancelling an order varies, depending on which payment method was used, and whether payment has been received.
Cancelling before payment is received
Direct Debit (GoCardless) orders: Please click here for details on whether you can cancel the order. If the order is no longer cancellable, you will need to wait until the payment has been received and transferred by GoCardless. Then follow the process below for cancelling after payment is received.
Bank transfer/cheque/cash orders: Update the order status to Cancelled Before Payment.
Paypal and Credit/Debit card orders: Payment on these orders is taken at the time the order is placed, so cancelling before payment is not an option.
Cancelling after payment is received
Cancel the original order that they placed, by updating the order status to Cancelled. What happens next depends on the payment method used. Click on the links below to see the process for each payment method:
